Being the age that I am, I actually have been thinking if I want to live until I am in my 90s or not. 15 years ago I did think a long time ago if my husband and I should plan to have a child or children. You see, it was the beginning of the down spiral of the economy, wars, people and the world changing.
If John doesn't die from sickness or an accident, he will have to carry the death of his roommate, Kathy until he dies. This could be a long time. Also, if the blonde lady is not caught, following every blonde could "eat up" a great deal of his time and life for a long time! This does not add up to aging successfully.
